Tailwind CSS (CDN)
This website uses the Tailwind CSS framework, which is loaded via a Content Delivery Network (CDN). 6. Appointment Scheduling (Cal.com)
We use Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) for scheduling appointments. When booking, your name, email address, and selected time slot are transmitted to Cal.com. When loading the booking form, your IP address is also transmitted to Cal.com servers.
Purpose: Planning and conducting consultation calls.
Legal basis (booking data): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures).
Legal basis (iframe loading): Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent by clicking the booking button).
Transfer to the USA: Cal.com processes data in the USA. Privacy policy: cal.com/privacy.
7. Video Conferencing (Google Meet)
For booked consultation calls, we use Google Meet (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland / Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
Data processed: Name, email, IP address, audio/video data, meeting metadata.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the booked consultation).
Transfer to the USA: Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). A data processing agreement (Google Workspace Data Processing Amendment) has been concluded.
Note: Calls are not recorded unless explicitly agreed to in advance.

8. CRM System (ClickUp)
Contact and booking data (name, email, meeting notes) is stored in our CRM system ClickUp (Mango Technologies Inc., USA).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR.
Retention: Booking data is deleted 6 months after the meeting date.
Transfer to the USA: ClickUp is certified under the DPF. DPA pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded. clickup.com/privacy.
9. Email Communication
After a booking, you will receive confirmation and preparation emails.
Legal basis (booking confirmation): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
With your express consent, we may also send tips, case studies, and offers.
Legal basis (marketing emails): Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can revoke this at any time.
Unsubscribe: At any time by replying to an email with "Unsubscribe" or by emailing chuyo.zhou@logikube.com.
Technical processing: Emails are sent via Gmail (Google LLC, USA) and Modal Labs (USA). Standard contractual clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR have been concluded.
